Robina was developed in the 1980’s by Singaporean businessman Robin Loh and has grown and flourished to become one of the Gold Coast’s premiere residential and commercial precincts.

The size of Robina is approximately 15 square kilometres. It has 120 parks covering nearly 8.1% of total area. The population of Robina in 2011 was 20,522 people. By 2016 the population was 23,090 showing a population growth of 12.5% in the area during that time. The predominant age group in Robina is 20- 29 years. Households in Robina are primarily couples with children. In general, people in Robina work in a professional occupation. In 2011, 63.9% of the homes in Robina were owner-occupied compared with 62.3% in 2016.

Robina is a family friendly community with many amenities including Robina State School, Robina Hospital, the Robina town Centre, Bond University, aged care facilities, Robina Woods golf course and much more while being close to prestigious schools like Somerset College, Kings Christian College and All Saints Anglican college and many other facilities.
