I have lived on the Gold Coast for the last 30 years, so I consider myself a local. Throughout this time, I have seen the growth and the vast developmental changes that have happened on the Gold Coast and economic forecasts suggest there is plenty of growth potential to come.
I saw first hand the real estate demand on the Gold Coast whilst working on the sales team for major international developers during the late eighties and early nineties including Ron McMaster's development at 'Bayview Harbour' and 'The Japanese Corporation's' development at 'Grand Mariner'.
Over the last 20 years I have been a Mum and a business owner including running my own successful photography & video business.
